Due to our new baby, we won’t be having a local Illawarra Xmas party this year as we don’t really have the time to organise it. However, there is a Xmas party at the Headquarters School in Sydney, to which all Illawarra Kung Fu Academy students are welcome – whether you train in the kids or adults class, or the tai chi and qi gong classes, all are welcome. Bring your parents, partners and friends along too.
Members from the other local schools will be there and it’s a chance to mix with your brothers and sisters from elsewhere. Even if you haven’t been able to get to class for a while, you’re still part of the big Choy Lee Fut family, so do come along if you can.
It’s at the Headquarters School, top floor of 15 Goulburn Street, Sydney, from 12 noon on Sunday, December 22nd. If you have any questions, give us a shout. And I’m sure people will be more than happy to car pool and share lifts if you’re short of a ride – let me know if you want to go and I’ll see what I can do about making sure everyone who needs a lift gets one.
